VN9400 is a precisely processed, specially formulated engineered thermoplastic resin. It’s high compressive strength and load bearing capabilities meet or exceed that of most metals used for wear rings.
Long Wearing - The tough properties inherent in the exclusive VN9400 formulations allow for extremely low wear.
Non-Scoring - Because VN9400 Wear Rings are non-metallic, they totally eliminate metal-to-metal contact and the consequent galling and scoring of cylinder bores and rods.
